Beauvast rents out high-quality renovated (historic) buildings in the city centre of Groningen. Owner Wijnand van Smeden started his career as a tax lawyer and even worked at PlasBossinade for many years. In addition to renting out real estate, Van Smeden is also involved in project development and property management.
