Daniël Schuth
As from 2017 onwards Daniël Schuth has been employed with PlasBossinade in the real estate team, where he is mainly engaged in landlord and tenant law. Daniël Schuth studied at the University of Groningen. Here he completed his master both in private law and in criminal law (2016) and here he also obtained his master in history (2017). During his study he spent six months in Rome, where he studied at Università degli Studi Roma Tre. Back in the Netherlands Daniël Schuth gained experience at Advocaten- en Mediationpraktijk Klatter in Veendam and afterwards he continued his career at PlasBossinade.
Clear and critical
In the legal world it is important to distinguish between key items and peripheral issues. There is always the challenge to fathom (complex) cases and to achieve a legally sound solution. In the field of real estate law the situation is not always the same and this requires a different approach each time. Daniël has this well under control and along the process he keeps a keen eye on the interests of his clients. This makes him a critical paralegal who will go the extra mile and whose clients will be satisfied as a result thereof.
