Complaints procedure
PlasBossinade puts in every effort to be of service to you in the best possible way. It may happen though that yhou are not satisfied about a certain aspect of our service. In that case you can rely on the internal complaints procedure of PlasBossinade.
What to do should you have a complaint?
We would request you to first present your complaint to the person at our firm who is handling your case (lawyer or civil-law notary). Should no solution be found together with him/her, you may submit your complaint to one of our complaints handling officials,
- mr. P.J. Fousert (or, if the complaint involves him, his substitute) in the event of a complaint about the services of a lawyer; or
- mr F.B. Nijdam (or, if the complaint involves him, his substitute) in the event of a complaint about the services of a civil-law notary.
In consultation with you we will as soon as possible try to find a solution for the problems that have arisen, or provide you with a clear view. This solution will always be confirmed to you in writing.
